Hacımimi Gardens

The 1800 m² project site is located in Galata district, İstanbul. Two buildings (gross area 4132 m²) and a common garden (600 m²) includes 33 apartment units and one commercial unit with a 36 capacity car parking in the basement floors. There is a 50 m² yoga studio in the common garden. Design works included construction drawings, details, as-built drawings, Mechanical/Electrical design coordination plans, Garden design, Interior design and material selections, 3d exterior and interior renderings and supervision during construction. Construction works as our company being Contractor, included excavation works, concrete foundation, rough construction, all finishing works and landscaping works (Years: 2017-2019).

Vakko Kavaklıdere Ankara Store

The store comprises 4 floors including women‘s wear, men's wear and accessories. The supervision services for the existing 800 m² building’s renovation and construction of the store is completed in 2010.

Sarıyer Yalı (Waterfront Mansion) Istanbul

The 600 m² mansion is constructed in 1835 for Ottoman Sultan Abdulmecit’s son. The existing building’s restoration design projects are prepared and constructed within our supervision services (Years: 2013-2014).

Office Building Beysukent, Ankara

850 m² office building is designed and constructed. Basement floor consists of technical and storage spaces, ground and first floor consists of open area offices and manager rooms. This corner building is adjacent to the neighbouring buildings from both sides. The building is in use since 2009 (Years: 2008-2009).

Office Building Gaziosmanpaşa, Ankara

Total Construction area of the building is 1200 m². A car parking area is situated in the 2nd basement floor. All floors are organized as open office plan and flexible rental areas were created. Architectural, Structural, M/E design services, including the approvals from local authorities are organized and construction is made (Years: 2010-2011).

British Council Offices, Ankara

According to the ‘design and build’ tender contract and 800 m² construction area, interior design, M/E and shop drawings are prepared including material selections, cost estimation documents and construction is made. The office spaces are renovated several times due to changing needs of the client in between years 2005 and 2019.

Pet Holding Offices

The interior design development of office spaces are prepared and constructed in an existing five storey building (Year: 2009).

Villa in Gaziosmanpasa, Ankara

The existing 350 m² house is renovated according to the interior design project including the supervision of demolition, mechanical and electrical construction works (Year: 2006).

Cicekkent Luxury Villa Renovations

Four existing villa buildings are renovated according to the needs of new clients in Cicekkent Compound near Gölbaşı, Ankara. Our services included interior design and finishing construction works (Years: 2008-2011).

Restaurant in Bilkent, Ankara

The 650 m² restaurant and open terrace area is located in Bilkent Sports International Centre, Ankara. The supervision services for the existing restaurant renovation and construction is completed in 2008.
